This renovation was forced on the homeowners due to a fire. It was our job to reconstruct the home they loved from the studs out. Our goal was to recreate what had been so special to the owners… A cozy mountain retreat.
While the overall layout remained true to the original, we updated all the millwork and materials to the warm pallet they love. We also managed to squeeze in a little bonus space by reconfiguring the plan to accommodate a second primary bedroom with ensuite.
